Terms & Conditions When Ordering From Rabas Technologies
RETURNS (for unwanted products):
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have a 10-day window to return the goods. The products must be in working condition, undamaged, and include all original parts and accessories. Please ensure proper packaging to avoid transit damage. Unsellable returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
You are responsible for the items until they reach our facilities. Please include your name, address, email, contact number, and order number with the return. Return shipping costs for unwanted goods must be borne by you. Shipping and Handling costs for unwanted items are non-refundable.
WARRANTY (for defective products):
Rabas Technologies offers a 12-month replacement for any faulty item received by the customer. However, misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse, neglect, using the product for unintended purposes, or product alterations void the warranty.
Technical support for faulty products is available via our product engineers on the Rabas Technologies forum. Troubleshoot with our engineers before initiating a return. If found faulty, we'll replace the unit and refund the shipping cost for the return. Products without faults follow the "RETURNS (for unwanted products)" section. Return shipping costs for products without faults are not covered.
Rabas Technologies covers shipping costs for faulty units when using the recommended service.
SHIPPING (for damaged products):
All products are shipped in adequate packaging. If you receive a damaged package, refuse it at delivery and inform us within 2 working days with supporting images. Damaged goods inside an undamaged package must be reported within 5 working days. Claims beyond this time frame may be refused.
SHIPPING (for delays):
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Rabas Technologies is not liable for extraordinary delays caused by the shipper.
CANCELLATIONS (prior to shipping):
Full refunds will be issued.
CANCELLATIONS (post shipping):
Initial shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers bear the return shipping cost, and refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
